# 911 Alerts Configuration

## How to configure alerts for when 911 calls are placed.

### **Create an New Emergency Notification Group**

1\) Navigate to the '**Emergency Notification Group**' page.

2\) Select the ![add button](https://help.univoxx.com/hs-fs/hubfs/add%20button.jpg?width=23&height=22&name=add%20button.jpg) button.

3\) Type in an appropriate name for the group. Select '**Continue**'.

4\) Select whether the alert is in regard to devices in the '**Entire Company**', just one '**Location**', or even just one '**Device**'. Select '**Continue**'.

5\) Type in the name and number of a user who will be the recipient of these notifications. Select '**Add Subscriber**'

6\) More subscribers can be added. If all subscribers have been added, select '**Save**'.

### **Edit an Emergency Notification Group**

1\) Navigate to the '**Emergency Notification Group**' page.

2\) Select the ![eclipes](https://help.univoxx.com/hs-fs/hubfs/eclipes.jpg?width=18&height=18&name=eclipes.jpg) icon next to the group you want to edit. Select '**Edit**'.

3\) Edit any of the required settings, like adding a new subscriber. Select '**Update**'.

### **Deleting an Emergency Notification Group**

1\) Navigate to the '**Emergency Notification Group**' page.

2\) Select the ![eclipes](https://help.univoxx.com/hs-fs/hubfs/eclipes.jpg?width=18&height=18&name=eclipes.jpg) icon next to the group you want to delete. Select '**Delete**'.
