Caller ID Configuration

This document will describe the process for configuring Caller ID via the Univoxx portal.

1) Navigate to the submenu ‘Numbers’ under ‘Call Routes’.

2) Select the number that needs it’s CallerID updated.

3) Type in the new CallerID in the ‘Caller ID Name’ field.

4) Select ‘Update Number’ at the bottom of the page.
