Configuring Shared Voicemail Boxes

How to configure a shared voicemail box that is not associated with any one extension.

1) In the UniVoxx portal, navigate to the "Mailboxes" page.

2) Select the "Add" icon.

3) Configure the various settings and save. See this article on what each setting does.

4) This mailbox can now be routed from a ring group, greeting, extension, etc.
