After-hours Call Forwarding

Setting up your call forwarding for after business hours.

Log in to your UniVoxx Portal administrator profile to set up After Hours.

  • From the side bar menu, click the Call Routes option> Greetings.
  • On this page click on the + icon to create a After-Hours Greeting.
Fill all the appropriate information and customize your after hours Greeting.

  • After the Greeting for After-Hours has been created you will be able to go in your Numbers Page and route the after-hours.

  • The business hours will be mark on blue, and the off hours will remain in grey.
You can create different schedules for different days base on your needs.

Click Update Number and save your settings.
