After-hours Call Forwarding

Setting up your call forwarding for after business hours.
Log in to your UniVoxx Portal administrator profile to set up After Hours.
- From the side bar menu, click the Call Routes option> Greetings.
- On this page click on the + icon to create a After-Hours Greeting.
- After the Greeting for After-Hours has been created you will be able to go in your Numbers Page and route the after-hours.
- The business hours will be mark on blue, and the off hours will remain in grey.
Click Update Number and save your settings.
