Call Forwarding must be enabled in the UniVoxx Portal. In certain circumstances, users may be able to enable call forwarding on Desk Phones. If enabled on a Desk Phone, it can only be disabled on the phone.
- Navigate on the UniVoxx Portal to the Extensions page, and select the extension you wish to configure call forwarding on.
- Towards the bottom, find “All Forwarding”, click the toggle so it shows blue and type in the telephone number you wish to forward to.
- Hit Update and all calls made to this extension should now be forwarded.
