Transfer Numbers to UniVoxx

Before reading this article, please make sure it pertains to you.

  1. Are you a new customer, switching to UniVoxx? If so, click here.
  2. Are you current customer with less than 50 phones? If so, please contact Support@UniVoxx.com and we’ll walk you through the process!

Resellers and customers with 50 or more phones can submit port requests through the UniVoxx Portal. If you are not a current customer, we’d love to earn your business, you can call us at (313) 626 – 5000.

Before submitting a port request, please make sure you have the following items:

  • Invoice from current provider, dated within the last 45-days, with all pages
  • Letter of authorization from an approved contact, showing all of the numbers that should be transferred and the account information
  • Desired Port Date

Once you have this information, you can submit the port request. The UniVoxx porting team will provide updates as they are received.

1. From the side menu click Company then Port Requests

2. Click the plus icon from top right corner to create a new request

3. Fill in the appropriate fields then click Submit Request
