You can route your numbers to the following destinations:

  • Extension
  • Ring Group
  • Greeting
  • eFax
  • Voicemail
  • Conference
  • Call Queue
  • System (Dial by name directory)
  • Forward To
  • Custom

How do I route a phone number?

1. From the side menu click Call Routes then Numbers

2. Edit the phone number you wish to route by clicking on the edit icon

3. Route the number according to your needs then click Update Number

  • You can route based on time, day, or hours of operations
  • You can also click the Plus Icon button to add more ranges of date and time

Click Update Number and your settings will be save.
