1. Login to the UniVoxx portal.
2. Navigate to the Extensions page by clicking the 
icon.
3. Select the extension you want you change the voicemail password on.
4. Select the 
button on the configuration page for the extension.
5. Where it says, Mailbox Password, delete the old password and type in a new one. 
6. Select 
at the bottom of the voicemail box.
7. Select on the extension page.
