# How to Change Voicemail PINs

## This article covers verifying and resetting the voicemail PIN.

1. Login to the UniVoxx portal.

2\. Navigate to the **Extensions** page by clicking the ![Extensions Page Icon](https://help.univoxx.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Extensions%20Page%20Icon.jpg?width=76&height=58&name=Extensions%20Page%20Icon.jpg) icon.

3. Select the extension you want you change the voicemail password on.

4\. Select the ![Voicemail Enabled Button](https://help.univoxx.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Voicemail%20Enabled%20Button.jpg?width=267&height=28&name=Voicemail%20Enabled%20Button.jpg) button on the configuration page for the extension.

6\. Select ![Update Button](https://help.univoxx.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Update%20Button.jpg?width=92&height=47&name=Update%20Button.jpg) at the bottom of the voicemail box.

7\. Select ![Update Button](https://help.univoxx.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Update%20Button.jpg?width=92&height=47&name=Update%20Button.jpg) on the extension page.
