How do I create IVR using text to speech?

1. From the side menu click Company then Greetings

2. Click the plus icon from top right corner

3. Fill in the appropriate field then click Save

  1. Enter the Name of your greeting
  2. You can choose to upload a recording or create a new one
  3. Add dial and route number for the IVR
  4. Add unresponsive route
  5. click Save to create the IVR

Note: if you chose to create a message then type your message and once you’re done then finally click Create. You can listen to your recording before saving it.
