Phone Number Configuration (Business Hours and Routing)
How to route, block numbers, and set up business hours.
Number Routing
1) Navigate to the 'Numbers' sub menu.
2) Select the 'Edit' icon next to the number you want to route.
3) Select the extension, forwarding number, ring group, or greeting you want the number routed to. Then select 'Update Number'.
Business Hours
If you want a number to route to a different device/ring group during business hours, that can be configured in the number routing page.
1) Access the 'Numbers' page, and select edit next to the number you want to update.
2) Select the 'Business Hours Route' switch.
3) Below are listed all the options for configuring the business hours routing.
1 - Business Hours Route: Where the number is routed during business hours.
2 - Default Route: Where the number is routed outside of business hours.
3 - Add a new schedule. This allows for scheduling different business hours for each day.
4 - Select each day that the time range applies to, and configure the desired time range.
5 - Save the configuration.
