Setting up a UniVoxx Analog Adapter

UniVoxx Analog Telephone Adapters will allow you to use most devices that require traditional copper telephone lines, such as fax machines, postage machines, and non-digital phones.

Before transferring lines to UniVoxx that are for analog lines, please make sure you can access the lines and our adapter works with your devices.

Step 1: Identify where you will place the UniVoxx analog adapter. It will need to be located near power, internet, and your analog lines/devices.

Step 2: Plugin the UniVoxx adapter to power, internet, and your device(s). When plugging the UniVoxx adapter in for the first time, please make sure not to disconnect power or internet for the first 10 minutes, as the device will automatically update and configure itself.

Step 3: After 10 minutes, the analog device(s) should now have dial-tone(s).

If your devices do not have telephone cables or go to a centralized panel, you will need additional work.

If you have any issues in the future, please try power cycling the UniVoxx Analog Adapter. If you continue to have issues, please contact our Support Team. We look forward to helping you with any issues you may come across!
