Spam Calls
If you are receiving reports that a phone number owned by your business is being flagged as Spam, please engage UniVoxx Support so that we can verify that the correct caller ID is being sent properly through UniVoxx as well as through downstream carriers.
Unfortunately, spam labeling is controlled by the major wireless carriers and analytics providers, and it can occur even when the number is legitimate. Once UniVoxx confirms we are sending the correct caller ID information, the best next step is to register your number with the Free Caller Registry, which helps ensure your outbound calls are recognized as legitimate and reduces the chances of being marked as spam. You can submit your numbers here at no cost: Free Caller Registry (for AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others). UniVoxx is not authorized to register on behalf of businesses, so this must be completed by you. You can visit https://www.freecallerregistry.com/fcr/ to begin that process and contact us if you have any questions. Please note that once the number(s) are registered, Caller ID updates can take months to propagate through all major carriers and is something out of UniVoxx's control.
If you have any questions or need help with the registration process, please reach out to us.
