Spam Calls
If you are receiving reports that a phone number owned by your business is being flagged as Spam, please engage UniVoxx Support so that we can verify that the correct caller ID is being sent properly through UniVoxx as well as through downstream carriers.
Spam labeling is handled by the major wireless carriers and third-party analytics systems, and unfortunately it can still happen even when everything is set up correctly.
UniVoxx continues to work with carriers behind the scenes to improve how legitimate calls are treated. However, since these systems use their own scoring models, it’s not something we can fully control or guarantee.
One other thing to keep in mind is that caller ID updates can take some time to fully update across all carriers — sometimes a few weeks to a few months — before you see consistent results everywhere.
