Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
This article provides step-by-step instructions for enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on your UniVoxx account to enhance security and protect your access.
Log into the UniVoxx portal at portal.univoxx.com. If you do not recall your password, select the Forgot Password link and follow the prompts to reset it.
After logging in, click your name in the top-right corner of the page and select Settings from the dropdown menu.
Within the Settings menu, enter a mobile phone number capable of receiving SMS messages in the Your mobile number section.
Then, select the
button to save the changes. You will be sent a verification code to the mobile number you entered in the previous step. Click the Verify button to proceed.
Locate the Two-Factor Authentication section
and toggle the slider to enable the feature.

Enter the verification code sent to your mobile number and click Verify. If the code expires before entry, select Resend Code to receive a new one. Please note, you are permitted up to three attempts to enter the correct code.
Once the verification code has been successfully confirmed, you will be prompted to integrate a supported authenticator application. We currently support Google Authenticator and Microsoft Authenticator. Select your preferred app and follow the provided setup instructions. After completing steps 1–4 within the app, click Continue to Verify Setup at the bottom of the page.
After selecting Continue to Verify Setup, you will be prompted to enter the code generated by your authenticator app. Upon successful verification, a confirmation screen will display indicating that Two-Factor Authentication has been successfully enabled and you should also receive an email.
