How to use the UniVoxx mobile app
The below screenshot details how to navigate the app:
1 - Shows the status. If the status is green, calls are able to be made. If red, re-registration is required. Also, press this to see the Do Not Disturn (DND) option. There is a small slide bar that either enables DND or disables DND. When the app is in a Do Not Disturb state, you will not receive calls.

5 - UniVoxx SMS (If enabled for the registered account)
6 - Dial
Making a Call
1) Dial the extension number or phone number.
2) Press the blue dial button below the keypad.
Transferring a Call
1) While on an active call, select 'Transfer'.
2) Dial the extension or phone number that the call will be transferred to.
3) Press the blue dial button below the keypad.
Muting a Call
While on an active call, select the 'Mute' button.
Check Voicemail
1) Call *97 and follow the prompts to enter your password. Once entered, you will be brought to your voicemail menu. If you need your voicemail password, please contact your administrator or reach out to our support team at support@univoxx.com.
Conferencing
1) While on an active call, select 'Add Call'.
2) Dial the extension or phone number that will be added to the conference call.
3) After the call is picked up, select 'Join'.
