Wi-Fi Portable Troubleshooting
1) Verify the portable is charged and connected to Wi-Fi.
2) Reboot the phone by holding the power button.
3) Factory reset the phone, see How to Factory Reset Phones.
4) Connect the phone back to the Wi-Fi network, see How to Connect a Portable to Wi-Fi.
